Nimah Cashew Project (NCP)
Permanently owned by clients and sold per slot of 1 acre of cashew plantation mix-cropped with cassava.
Nimah Cattle Ranch
This is permanently own by clients. It’s sold per slot of 10 acres, barbed wire fencing, cattle pen, 10 female cattle (cows) and 1 male (bull). Stream of incomes are enjoyed ranging from sales of calves, hay, milk and cattle dungs.
Almaroof Cattle Rearing Investment
This involves buying male cattle on behalf of clients for the purpose of fattening on the company’s main ranch within 6 – 8 months. The cattle are then sold and the capital together with ROI are paid to the client. Usually, the net profit is shared with the company on 50:50 basis.
Almaroof Farm Settlement Partnership Scheme
The client participates in funding of seasonal cultivation of Maize, Soybeans, Guinea corn and Groundnuts. Invested fund and its resultant Return on Investment (ROI) are paid after harvesting and successful sales of the farm produce, usually within 4 months.

NCP1 lets you invest in a fully-managed cashew plantation, where you own farmland and earn up to 60% annual returns through harvest and export of premium cashew nuts — without needing to farm yourself.
Each NCR slot includes 10 acres of land, pen construction, fencing, and 11 cattle (10 heifers + 1 bull). You earn returns through calves, milk, hay, land appreciation, and other indirect income streams.
Yes. Every investment is documented, structured, and insured, with ownership titles issued for land-based schemes. We also partner with reputable banks and co-ops to ensure financial integrity.
For NCP1, returns typically begin within 12–18 months after planting.
For NCR, major income from calves and byproducts starts from the third year, with long-term profit from multiple revenue streams.
